Warm spiced apples under a buttery, crispy oat crumble topping — best served with vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 6 apples, peeled and sliced
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 150 g flour
  • 100 g oats
  • 120 g cold butter, cubed
  • 80 g brown sugar

Instructions

    Toss apples with sugar and cinnamon, pour into baking dish.

    Make crumble: rub butter into flour, oats, and brown sugar until chunky.

    Scatter crumble over apples.

    Bake at 180°C for 35-40 min until golden and bubbling. Serve warm.
