The original overnight oats — Swiss-German Bircher Müsli with grated apple, yogurt, oats, and nuts. Prep the night before.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 apples, grated
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 0.25 cup hazelnuts, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

    Mix oats, yogurt, milk, grated apple, honey, and lemon juice. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

    In the morning, stir and top with chopped hazelnuts and fresh fruit.
