All the flavors of a loaded breakfast burrito, deconstructed in a bowl with scrambled eggs, beans, avocado, and salsa.

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs, scrambled
  • 200 g rice, cooked
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 avocado
  • 100 g salsa
  • 50 g cheese, shredded
