- 500 g chicken breast
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 300 g rice, cooked
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 100 ml sour cream
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 tsp fajita seasoning
Instructions

Season chicken with fajita spice, grill or pan-sear until cooked through. Slice.
