Soft, chewy peanut butter cookies with the classic fork crosshatch pattern. Only 5 ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 250 g peanut butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

    Mix peanut butter, sugar, egg, baking soda, and vanilla until smooth.

    Roll into balls, place on lined baking sheet.

    Press with a fork in two directions (crosshatch pattern).

    Bake at 175°C for 10-12 min. Cool on pan 5 min before moving.
