Ingredients

- 4 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
