Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 egg
- 0.5 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp oil
- 4 large apples, peeled and sliced
- 0.5 cup breadcrumbs, toasted in butter
- 0.5 cup raisins
- 0.5 cup sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions

Make dough: mix flour, egg, water, and oil. Knead until smooth. Rest 30 min covered.

Stretch dough on a floured cloth until paper-thin (you should see through it).

Spread toasted breadcrumbs, then apple slices, raisins, sugar, and cinnamon.

Roll up using the cloth to help. Place seam-side down on a lined baking sheet.

Brush with melted butter. Bake at 190°C for 35-40 minutes until golden. Dust with powdered sugar.
