- 1 egg
- 5 tart apples, sliced
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs, toasted in butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon

Knead dough from flour, egg, oil, and water. Rest 30 minutes.

Stretch dough paper-thin. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, then apple-sugar-raisin filling.

Roll up. Bake at 190°C for 35-40 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar.
