Baked Feta Spätzle

Ingredients

• 1 batch fresh Spätzle
• 200 g block feta cheese
• 2 cups cherry tomatoes
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 3 cloves garlic
• fresh basil, salt, pepper

Instructions

   Place feta in the center of a baking dish. Surround with cherry tomatoes and garlic. Drizzle with olive oil.

   Bake at 200°C for 25 minutes until tomatoes burst and feta is soft.

   Mash and mix feta with tomatoes. Toss with cooked Spätzle and fresh basil.
