Ingredients
- 500 g beef sirloin, sliced thin
- 250 g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 200 ml sour cream
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 250 ml beef broth
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
Instructions

Season and sear beef strips over high heat. Remove and set aside.

Sauté mushrooms and onion in butter until golden.

Sprinkle flour, stir, then add broth. Simmer until thickened.

Stir in sour cream and mustard. Return beef, heat through. Serve over noodles.
