Ingredients
- 600 g chicken thighs, cubed
- 200 ml yogurt
- 2 tbsp tikka masala paste
- 400 g canned tomatoes
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika

Marinate chicken in yogurt and tikka paste for at least 1 hour.

Grill or pan-fry chicken until charred edges form. Set aside.

Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until golden.

Add spices, cook 1 minute, then add tomatoes. Simmer 15 minutes.
