Vibrant Argentinian herb sauce with parsley, garlic, olive oil, and red wine vinegar — perfect on grilled meats.

Ingredients

  • 100 g fresh parsley
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions
