Layers of pasta, rich meat ragù, creamy béchamel, and melted mozzarella — the ultimate Italian comfort dish.

Ingredients

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 400 g canned tomatoes
  • 12 lasagna sheets
  • 300 g mozzarella, shredded
  • 50 g parmesan, grated
  • 500 ml milk (for béchamel)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp flour

Instructions

    Brown beef with onion and garlic. Add tomatoes, simmer 20 min for ragù.

    Make béchamel: melt butter, whisk in flour, gradually add milk until thick.

    Layer in baking dish: ragù, pasta, béchamel, cheese. Repeat 3 times.

    Bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes until golden and bubbling.
