- 1.5 lb mushrooms (button + cremini)
- 2 shallots, diced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions

Sauté mushrooms in butter until golden. Add shallots.
