Ingredients

  • 2 lb potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 6 slices bacon, diced
  • 4 Wiener sausages, sliced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 1 leek, sliced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
