Ingredients

- 6 slices bacon, diced
- 4 Wiener sausages, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 leek, sliced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

Fry bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside. Sauté onion, carrots, and leek in the bacon fat.
