Currywurst with Homemade Sauce

Ingredients

• 4 bratwurst sausages
• 1 cup ketchup
• 2 tbsp curry powder
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp paprika
• 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

   Mix ketchup, 1 tbsp curry powder, Worcestershire, paprika, cayenne, and sugar in a saucepan. Simmer 10 minutes.

   Grill or pan-fry bratwurst until cooked through, about 8 minutes.

   Slice bratwurst into rounds. Pour curry sauce over and dust with remaining curry powder.

   Serve with French fries or a crusty bread roll.
