- 3/4 cup warm milk

Make yeast dough, rise 1 hour. Form 8 balls.

Melt butter, sugar, and milk in a wide pan. Place dumplings in, cover.

Cook 20 minutes — do NOT lift lid. Serve with vanilla sauce.
