- 0.5 cup water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 2 onions, thinly sliced
- 150 g smoked bacon, diced
Instructions

Mix flour, water, olive oil, and salt into a smooth dough. Rest 30 minutes.

Roll dough paper-thin on a floured surface into a rectangle.
