Pillowy Italian flatbread dimpled with olive oil, flaky salt, and fresh rosemary.

Ingredients

  • 500 g bread flour
  • 7 g instant yeast
  • 350 ml warm water
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp flaky sea salt
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary

Instructions

    Mix flour, yeast, water, salt, and 2 tbsp olive oil. Knead until smooth.

    Rise in oiled bowl 1-2 hours until doubled.

    Press into oiled baking pan. Dimple with fingers. Drizzle oil, add rosemary and salt.

    Rise 30 min more. Bake at 220°C for 20-25 min until golden.
