Buttery croissant-like dough swirled with cinnamon sugar, pressed flat for a caramelized bottom. Part croissant, part cinnamon roll.

Ingredients

  • 3.5 cups flour
  • 1 cup cold butter (laminating)
  • 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar

Instructions

    Make yeast dough. Laminate with butter (fold 3 times like croissant dough).

    Roll out, spread with butter and cinnamon sugar. Roll up, cut slices, press center with chopstick.

    Rise 30 minutes. Bake at 200°C for 15-18 minutes.
