Ingredients
- 5 large onions, sliced
- 1 L beef broth
- 4 slices baguette
- 150 g Gruyère, grated
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 100 ml white wine
Instructions

Caramelize onions in butter over low heat 30-40 min.

Sprinkle flour, stir. Add wine and broth. Simmer 20 min.

Ladle into oven-safe bowls. Float baguette, pile on cheese.

Broil until cheese is golden and bubbling.
