Ingredients
- 4 cups bread flour
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1.25 cups warm water
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/3 cup baking soda (for dipping)
Instructions

Mix flour, yeast, water, and butter. Knead 8 minutes. Rise 1 hour.

Divide into 8 pieces. Roll into ropes and twist into pretzel shape.

Dip in baking soda water 30 seconds. Sprinkle with coarse salt.

Bake at 220°C for 12-15 minutes until deep golden.
