Ingredients
- 2 lb curly kale, stems removed
- 1 lb smoked pork (Kasseler)
- 4 smoked sausages
- 2 onions, diced
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 2 tbsp German mustard
- 3 tbsp rolled oats
Instructions

Blanch kale 2 minutes. Drain and chop.

Sauté onions. Add kale, broth, Kasseler, and oats. Simmer 1.5 hours.

Add sausages in the last 20 minutes. Stir in mustard.
