Ingredients
- 400 g chickpeas, cooked
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2-3 tbsp ice water
Instructions

Process tahini and lemon juice in food processor until fluffy (2 min).

Add garlic and olive oil, process 1 min.

Add chickpeas, blend 3-4 min, drizzling in ice water until silky smooth.

Season with salt. Serve with olive oil drizzle and paprika.
