Ultra-smooth hummus made from scratch with chickpeas, tahini, lemon, and garlic.

Ingredients

  • 400 g chickpeas, cooked
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2-3 tbsp ice water

Instructions

    Process tahini and lemon juice in food processor until fluffy (2 min).

    Add garlic and olive oil, process 1 min.

    Add chickpeas, blend 3-4 min, drizzling in ice water until silky smooth.

    Season with salt. Serve with olive oil drizzle and paprika.
