- 2 lbs starchy potatoes
- 1 cup potato starch
- 1 egg
- 0.5 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions

Boil potatoes in their skins until tender. Peel while hot and rice them.

Mix riced potatoes with starch, egg, nutmeg, and salt. Form into balls.
