Ingredients

  • 2 lbs potatoes, peeled
  • 1 onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

    Grate potatoes and onion finely. Squeeze out excess moisture in a kitchen towel.
