- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup ground hazelnuts

- 1 egg
Instructions

Heat honey and sugar until dissolved. Mix with flour, nuts, egg, and spices.

Rest dough overnight. Press onto wafer papers or roll and cut rounds.
