Ingredients
- 200 g flour
- 100 g powdered sugar + extra
- 150 g butter, cold
- 4 eggs
- 300 g sugar
- 120 ml fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp lemon zest
Instructions

Make crust: mix flour, powdered sugar, cold butter. Press into pan. Bake 20 min at 175°C.

Whisk eggs, sugar, lemon juice, zest, and a little flour for filling.

Pour over hot crust. Bake 20-25 min more until set.

Cool completely, dust with powdered sugar. Cut into bars.
