Ingredients

- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1.5 cups flour
- 2 tbsp matcha powder
- 0.5 cup white chocolate

Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Fold in melted butter, flour, and matcha.

Pour a thin layer of batter into a parchment-lined round pan. Broil for 2-3 minutes until set and lightly golden.
