Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 3 eggs
- 0.5 lb ground pork
- 0.5 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cooked spinach, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 day-old bread rolls, soaked
Instructions

Make pasta dough: flour, eggs, water. Knead until smooth. Rest 30 minutes.

Make filling: mix ground meats, spinach, onion, soaked bread, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.

Roll dough thin. Place spoonfuls of filling at intervals. Fold and seal edges.

Simmer in beef broth for 10 minutes. Or pan-fry in butter with onions.
