Ingredients
- 8 chicken thighs
- 2 preserved lemons, quartered
- 100 g green olives
- 1 pinch saffron threads
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 onion, grated
- 300 ml chicken broth
Instructions

Marinate chicken with cumin, cinnamon, grated onion, saffron. Rest 30 min.

Brown chicken pieces in olive oil. Add broth, bring to simmer.

Cover and cook 40 minutes until chicken is falling-off-bone tender.

Add preserved lemons and olives, cook 10 more min. Serve over couscous.
