Creamy no-cook oats soaked overnight with milk, chia seeds, and topped with fresh fruit and nuts.

Ingredients

  • 80 g rolled oats
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 100 g mixed berries
  • 2 tbsp nut butter

Instructions

    Combine oats, milk, chia seeds, and maple syrup in a jar.

    Stir well, seal, and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).

    In the morning, stir and add a splash of milk if too thick.

    Top with berries, nut butter, and a drizzle of honey.
