- 8 oz lamb shoulder, cubed
- 3 potatoes, cubed
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1/4 savoy cabbage, shredded
- 1 leek, sliced
- 3 cups beef broth
Instructions

Layer meats and vegetables alternately in a heavy pot, seasoning each layer.
