Fluffy, high-protein pancakes made with oats and Greek yogurt. Gym-goers' favorite breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 100 g oats
  • 150 g Greek yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

    Blend oats into flour. Mix with yogurt, eggs, protein powder, baking powder.

    Let batter rest 5 minutes.

    Cook on medium-low heat, flip when bubbles form. Cook until golden.
