Ingredients
- 2 lb potatoes, boiled and riced
- 1 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1 lb sauerkraut
- 4 oz bacon
Instructions

Mix potato, flour, egg, salt into dough. Roll finger-length noodles.

Boil until they float. Fry in butter until golden.

Fry bacon. Add sauerkraut and sugar. Caramelize 10-15 minutes. Serve together.
