Eggs poached in spicy tomato-pepper sauce, topped with melted Bergkäse and fresh herbs.

Ingredients

  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • 2 bell peppers, diced
  • 4-6 eggs
  • 1 cup Bergkäse, grated

Instructions

    Sauté peppers. Add tomatoes, cumin, and paprika. Simmer 15 minutes.

    Make wells, crack eggs in. Cover and cook 5-7 minutes.
