Savory lamb mince with vegetables topped with creamy mashed potatoes, baked until golden.

Ingredients

  • 500 g ground lamb
  • 800 g potatoes, peeled
  • 200 g peas and carrots
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 200 ml beef broth
  • 100 ml milk
  • 50 g butter

Instructions

    Brown lamb with onion. Add tomato paste, broth, peas, and carrots. Simmer 15 min.

    Boil potatoes until tender, mash with butter and milk.

    Pour lamb filling into baking dish, top with mashed potato. Fork-texture the top.

    Bake at 200°C for 25 minutes until golden and crispy on top.
