A fragrant, spicy soup with coconut milk, lemongrass, shrimp, and rice noodles.

Ingredients

  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 500 ml chicken broth
  • 200 g shrimp
  • 2 tbsp red curry paste
  • 2 stalks lemongrass
  • 100 g rice noodles
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce

Instructions

    Simmer broth with lemongrass and curry paste 10 min.

    Add coconut milk and fish sauce. Bring to gentle simmer.
