Melt-in-your-mouth crescent cookies with ground almonds and vanilla, dusted in vanilla sugar. A Christmas staple.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup ground almonds
  • 1 cup cold butter, cubed
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

    Mix flour, almonds, butter, sugar, and vanilla. Chill 1 hour.

    Roll small pieces into ropes, bend into crescents.

    Bake at 170°C for 12-14 minutes. Roll warm in vanilla sugar.
