Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 packet yeast
- 6 large onions, thinly sliced
- 150 g bacon, diced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
Instructions

Make yeast dough and let rise 45 minutes. Press into a tart pan.

Fry bacon, add onions, cook until soft and translucent (15 min).

Mix onion-bacon mixture with sour cream, eggs, and caraway. Pour into dough.

Bake at 200°C for 30-35 minutes until golden. Serve warm with Federweißer.
