A yeasted tart loaded with caramelized onions, bacon, and sour cream custard. Paired with Federweißer.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 lb onions, sliced
  • 6 oz bacon, diced
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream

    Make yeast dough. Rise 1 hour. Press into tart pan.
