Hawaiian Poke Bowl
Fresh ahi tuna with sushi rice, avocado, and umami-rich toppings
By RecipesQueen Kitchen • June 10, 2026
Poke bowls bring the flavors of Hawaii — cubed fresh ahi tuna marinated in soy, sesame oil, and rice vinegar served over warm sushi rice with creamy avocado, crunchy cucumber, and edamame.
Use the freshest sushi-grade tuna you can find. The fish is eaten raw, so quality matters.
Build your bowl with a base of seasoned sushi rice, then tuna, then all the toppings.
