Pound to even thickness, season generously, sear briefly, then finish in a hot oven for 15-18 minutes. Pull at 162°F and let carryover cooking bring it to 165°F.

Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
