Colorful rice bowl with seasoned vegetables, beef, and a fried egg
By RecipesQueen Kitchen • June 10, 2026
Bibimbap is Korea's iconic mixed rice bowl — a stunning arrangement of colorful seasoned vegetables, marinated beef, and a fried egg over hot rice, all brought together with a generous squirt of spicy gochujang sauce.
Each vegetable is prepared separately with its own seasoning. The beauty of bibimbap is in the preparation and presentation.
Mix everything together before eating so every bite has a bit of everything.
