All the taco flavors you love in one easy skillet — seasoned ground beef, beans, corn, tomatoes, and melty cheese, ready in 25 minutes with almost no cleanup.

Serve straight from the skillet with tortilla chips, warm tortillas, or over rice.

Top with all the usual suspects — sour cream, avocado, cilantro, jalapeños.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 whole lime

Instructions

    Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain fat.

    Add taco seasoning and water. Stir until thickened.

    Add black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes. Cook 5 minutes.

    Sprinkle cheese on top, cover, and let melt 2-3 minutes.

    Squeeze lime over top. Serve with tortilla chips and your favorite toppings.
