Chunky tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, olives, and salty feta dressed with olive oil and oregano.

Ingredients

  • 4 tomatoes, chunked
  • 1 cucumber, chunked
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 100 g kalamata olives
  • 150 g feta, block
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

    Combine tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and olives in a bowl.

    Place feta block on top. Drizzle with olive oil.

    Sprinkle oregano and salt. Serve with crusty bread.
