Spicy Thai minced meat salad with herbs, toasted rice powder, chili, and lime — explosively flavorful.

Ingredients

  • 400 g ground chicken or pork
  • 3 tbsp fish sauce
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp toasted rice powder
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 50 g mint and cilantro
  • 4 shallots, sliced

Instructions

    Cook minced meat in a dry pan until done. Break up any clumps.

    Remove from heat. Add fish sauce, lime juice, chili, toasted rice powder.

    Toss with herbs, shallots. Serve with lettuce cups or sticky rice.
